As a workaround, users could add headers to Keeper's exported CSV file and re-import it successfully. Previously, users would encounter either a blank import screen or "Invalid format" error message upon importing.

  • Fixed an issue in which users were unable to import data (that was exported from Keeper as a CSV file) into LastPass.
  • Fixed an issue that allowed users to generate a secure password for a website, even though that was added to the "Never Generate Password" section of the Never URLs configuration page in Account Settings.

I have hundreds of passwords & it looks nice when they’re all chunked up by category. A lot of times they’ll have names that I wouldn’t recognize unless I saw them in the context of the category, & recognizing them saves me the time it would take to visit the site (which doesn’t sound like lot, but when you have hundreds of passwords & some websites have that stupid cryptic “minimalist” slideshow design where you end up having to google the damn site to actually figure out what they’re about, that’s a lot of time saved).īut even if none of the above applied, I just like having them organized. Stuff I never use except for in really specific circumstances, which typically have forgettable names.Īlso, I’ll occasionally scroll through my passwords to be reminded of old accounts that I don’t need anymore so I can delete or inactivate them. Same deal for tech-related passwords to routers and the like. I have a lot of niche passwords for various academic things that I’ll end up forgetting the name for, and it helps to be able to drop down to the relevant category when I’m trying to find them.
